Each person must have had tears in their life experiences. The first day humans are born, they already have the first experience of tears.
Crying usually occurs when a person feels physically and mentally ill, or when someone feels very happy. In other words, crying is a way to express one's emotions.

Generally, women cry more often than men. Communities have formed the opinion that women are more emotional, which means that it is easier for women to let go of tears and started crying.
